Brooksie's Boutique ships both Domestically and Internationally and welcomes all orders!
We are committed to providing you with superior customer service, including giving you the peace of mind that your package will arrive safely and timely. We ship our orders as they come in, within 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us when your package ships. If any shipping delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail or by telephone. We try to keep our shipping charges reasonable, while providing excellent shipping service.
Please keep in mind that these jars are made of sturdy plastic and are somewhat heavy to ship.
Product Returns:
For hygienic reasons, there are no returns on items purchased. However, if you are dissatisfied with any purchase, please contact us immediately - it is our goal to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases!
U.S. Orders
These ship either USPS First Class Mail, U.S. Priority Mail, or UPS Ground (shipped from Arizona, zip code 85224), depending on the shipping total. All orders ship with delivery confirmation and insurance. Please allow 14 business days for delivery of your package.
For U.S.P.S. shipments, Lost or damaged package claims cannot be processed by us until 30 days after the actual ship date. If the U.S.P.S. delivery confirmation tracking report shows that your package was delivered, we will NOT process your claim, as it is presumed that your package was properly delivered. You yourself would have to file a complaint with your local post office in that case. We will aid you in every way in filing a complaint with the post office.
- If your order has a shipping charge of $4.99 and under (not including items totals), your package will ship First Class Mail with delivery confirmation.
- If your order has a shipping charge of $5.00 and over (not including items totals), your package will ship either USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or UPS Ground.
International Orders
These ship either Global Priority Mail or Airmail Parcel Post (7 to 10 business day delivery time). All packages ship insured within 3 business days. Please allow 21 business days for delivery of your package. Please keep in mind that current terrorism-alert levels in effect in the U.S. may substantially alter delivery times.
Lost or damaged package claims cannot be processed by us until 30 days after the actual ship date. If the U.S.P.S. Global Priority Mail Tracking report shows that your package was delivered, we will NOT process your claim, as it is presumed that your package was properly delivered.
